Alpenta app for iPhone and iPad
The app was developed to control the functioning of climate control units, from large industrial equipment to small home appliances.
The app will be helpful for engineers, maintenance organizations and users without special skills.
Two languages are supported: Czech, English.
REMOTE CONTROL
The app allows users to perform the following actions at any time from anywhere in the world:
control operating conditions of equipment, change settings, receive alarm notifications, consult with the Alpenta Service Department.
EASY REMOTE ACCESS TO WORKING WITH EQUIPMENT PARAMETERS.
Climate control units are often installed in hard-to-reach ventilation chambers. It is difficult to get there physically when you want to change the operating conditions of equipment on the automatic control panel. The application allows the users to change settings quickly without regard to the geographic location: it is possible to control the functioning of a unit from both the adjacent room and from anywhere in the world, which is particularly important in a case of a force majeure.
You can operate equipment through the Alpenta App on your own,
without the assistance of a maintenance engineer.
POSSIBILITY TO ADD AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF UNITS AND TO SWITCH BETWEEN THEM.
The app makes it possible to combine units into groups and to give the groups appropriate names. For example, a user can create groups according to floors, rooms or the names of establishments. This is important when premises are maintained by several units. It is also useful when an engineer maintains several units belonging to different clients.
CUSTOM SCHEDULE
Custom Schedule function makes it possible to programme operation of systems according to the desirable script. For example, one can programme the unit to switch off after 7:00 p.m., when employees leave the office, and to switch on at 8:00 a.m. in order to ventilate the room before the beginning of a working day.
Customization of the schedule allows significant electricity savings.
ALARM NOTIFICATIONS
In the event of a unit failure, the app will send
a push notification (alarm notification) enabling you to quickly eliminate the failure. The active failure list will be displayed on
the control panel.
SERVICE SUPPORT
A chat bot of the Alpenta Service Department will answer any questions as they arise and give instructions on how to deal with alarm signals.
